Craig Immel LEED® AP
After several years of independent green building research and work in real estate brokerage and residential construction in the Colorado Rockies, Craig went on to work with some of Colorado's largest and most innovative builders and developers including Shaw Construction, Harvard Communities and Adolfson & Peterson Construction. Craig has recently been involved in the pre-construction efforts of several LEED-NC and LEED-ND projects, and has led a LEED-H pilot project at Forest City Stapleton - the largest sustainable urban infill project in the U.S.
Craig holds a Master's degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver.
Craig's community involvement includes membership in the USGBC Colorado Chapter, including work as a Co-chair on the Greenbuild '06 Host Committee, membership in the Colorado Chapter of Urban Land Institute and membership in the Chamber of the Americas.
Craig's other eco-preneurial ventures include C2 Consulting, a LEED®/Green Building consulting and project management firm, and evolutionResorts, a startup developer of eco-adventure lodging and tropical land and wildlife conservation projects.
